MASA make everything with intention, drawing on authentic Mexican techniques while producing small-batch sauces here in the UK. Since 2015 we’ve been on a mission to share the real taste of Mexico and Central America with the UK. What started with hand-pressed tortillas for our taco truck The Little Taquero quickly grew into something much bigger.

For over three years, our truck fed the hungry South West with tacos made on fresh, hand-made tortillas. But as demand grew, our hands alone couldn’t keep up. Determined never to compromise on quality, we brought in a tortilla machine – imported directly from Mexico – to help us stay true to tradition.

Made by the team behind Bristol’s favourite authentic tortillas, Masa’s Habanero Hot Sauce packs a punch in all the right ways. It’s vibrant, citrusy and fiery, with the fruity heat of real habanero chillies balanced by a clean, natural acidity.

This hot sauce is made in small batches using simple, honest ingredients — no additives, no thickeners, no shortcuts. Just proper chillies, natural flavour, and the same respect for Mexican food culture that defines everything Masa makes.

Designed originally to accompany their heritage-corn tortillas, this sauce now finds its way onto eggs, tacos, roasted veg, grilled meats, and pretty much anything that needs lifting. It’s the kind of bottle that disappears faster than you expect.
