Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with DPD Tracked, offering full tracking from dispatch and a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery.

You can choose your preferred delivery date during checkout.

We offer reliable UK delivery on all orders.

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in more than one parcel. Don’t worry — you’ll only pay for delivery once.

VAT is removed automatically at checkout.

When ordering a gift box, you can choose your preferred delivery date using the calendar on the product page.

We will always aim to deliver on the selected date.

Please note we do not offer weekend or bank holiday deliveries.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday ship the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm or over the weekend ship the next working day.

If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
