Aval Paradís is one of those bottles that quietly changes how you think about cider. RIPE work with fruit the way a winemaker would — patient, precise, and led by what the season gives them — and the result is a cider with real structure and elegance. It drinks far more like a natural wine than anything you’d expect from apples: bright, textured, gently aromatic and beautifully balanced.

What makes it so special is the way it moves through a meal. There’s lift and freshness, but also depth — enough to hold its own against richer dishes without overwhelming them. I love serving it at dinner parties, especially with unexpected pairings like enchiladas or spiced, slow-cooked dishes. It’s the kind of bottle that stops a table in its tracks and becomes the conversation.

A juicy, sparkling cider made from an orchard blend of predominantly Norwood and Cornish Heritage Varieties, with a small amount of Yarlington Mill, Browns, Dabinett and Brown Snout.

We get juicy grapefruit and white peach with a lovely slate minerality and a mouth-watering sherbet zing to finish.

This cider will pair beautifully with anything rich and savoury, think oily fish, shellfish, quiche, risotto or cheese; sharp cheddar or goat's cheese.

We produce natural cider on the south coast of Cornwall. All our ciders are made from 100% hand-picked apples, fermented with naturally occurring wild yeast, with no added sulphites, and aged for a minimum of 18 months.

We're passionate about changing the perception of cider in this country, from an industrially produced sweet drink to a complex and delicious "native wine" that can be just as expressive of the fruit and terroir.

We practise regenerative farming in the traditional orchards we manage and have planted, using no chemical inputs and mob grazing our flock of Shropshire sheep. Natural cider isn’t just environmentally sensitive — traditional orchards are also incredible hotspots for biodiversity, wildlife, and carbon storage.

Biscuits & Customer service excellent

These biscuits were delicious and packaged beautifully. Customer service was also excellent, I had a slight problem with delivery dates but Brittany sorted it immediately and made sure we had our biscuits on time for Burns Night. Would definitely recommend, thank again!

Give a gift they'll actually want

Excellent gifting service - highly recommend. For people who are looking for a high quality, curated hamper rather than something full of mass-produced chutneys that will gather dust at the back of your cupboard. The handwritten note adds to the personal touch, and the free delivery was very efficient. Don't give your money to The Man, support The Local!

An Amazing Gift

The produce from their hamper was incredible. Very high quality produce, delivered on time and packaged beautifully. This was a perfect gift from one of our business partners. We especially enjoyed the local sparkling wine and my wife is in love with the quality of the coffee. If I could give 6 stars, I would!
