Chris founded the business after travelling through Mexico and Central America and experiencing the central place fresh corn tortillas hold in everyday food culture. What began with hand-pressed tortillas for a Bristol taco truck developed into a specialist tortilleria supplying homes, restaurants and independent food businesses across Britain.
